This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, totally upgraded, painted and clean, stylish home! Hardwood floors, granite countertops, large windows bring in endless light. With a twin bed with trundle in the 3rd bedroom; this home sleeps 7 or 8. The backyard has a firepit and a shaded eating area. Fast Internet, Smart 50" TV, dishwasher, large fridge, new washer and drier; it's got it all.
Close to stores, freeways, parks, gym, museums, restaurants, Costco, Target, Universal Studios, and more.
FYI; There is a separate, detatched house on the lot, with a completely separate living space and entrance.
