Newly renovated, clean and tidy, yet simple property

The room was just as presented on the website. Newly remodeled, clean, smelled good. There is parking on the street - our car was right by our room. We were on the second floor - VERY quiet.

No elevator - but it was not a problem. We could have used 4 bath towels (instead of 2) - one for my hair and one for my body. Aloso, There was only one hand towel. There were two of us traveling in our room. It would have been nice to have lights other than just the overhead light. I did like that they could be dimmed. Even with blackout curtains, There was a lot of light that came around the curtains.

It looked like the whole building had been recently renovated so everything was practically new. The room we stayed in was very spacious and was pretty clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, side tables with charging ports, and they had free wifi. The TV was a good size and had antenna channels available. The hotel was located in a very central area, walking distance to shops and a couple restaurants. The staff were great, they helped us get in pretty quickly and check out was easy as well. We loved that the entire building was gated and you needed a key to get in through the gate. If we are ever back in the area we wouldn't mind staying here again.

The things we didn't like a minimal and mostly preferential. There was no coffee maker which we had hoped there would be. We had seen some reviews, probably from before the renovation, that they had breakfast but that was no longer the case. The room and bathroom were mostly clean, but some parts you could tell were not fully clean but it wasn't the worst. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, but we weren't going to use the shower so it didn't really affect us and we did not ask for replacements. The location of the hotel seemed a bit strange but nothing untoward happened, maybe it was just us being overly cautious. None of these things would deter us from staying again.

The property was nice. The staff was nice and it’s a big room.

What I didn’t like about this place is that they didn’t provide additional roll of toilet paper, there’s no hair dryer and they provide only a few towels. The shower was weak and the toilet flush is weak.
