About this house rental
Storybook Cottage is a lovely and spacious home offering a huge TV, comfortable furniture and cool features like a pizza oven. This property offers a landscaped private backyard. There is a vintage piano as well. This adorable 2-3 bedroom and one large bath home offers comfort and convenience to the best of LA. Universal Studios, Santa Monica and Hollywood are all under 20 minutes away!
This house is located in a great location close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Great freeway access and not far from LA's favorite attractions.
Other things to note
We have a ring doorbell security camera by the front door. Ring camera in the backyard. We also have an alarm.
Other things to note
NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet.
UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $119 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guests against damages covered in this policy.
If UNAUTHORIZED FILMING in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.

My parents and I rented this house to visit extended family. It was perfect. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, it’s easily accessible to the 405 for excursions, Starbucks and grocery stores just down the street, and a lovely back patio hanging out. Beds were comfortable and the shower ran hot for a long time. My 70yr old father found it a bit dim as the house has very few overhead lights, but I thought it was welcoming and just fine. So if you have an older person with poor eyesight, something to consider. All in all, would definitely stay there again.
