Our stay here in Mont Boron was a wonderful quiet, peaceful retreat, with a view that can't be beat. Having our rental car, we were literally withn 10-15 minutes of most of the places we wanted to see. We spent much time at beaches, seeing the sights (both surrounding and local - Matisse museum), renting electric bikes to cruise the city, and enjoying great French food, from restaurants and markets. Theirry and Fabian, were gracious and excellent hosts, providing a pool side French Apertif our last evening before we returned. For the relaxing quiet view, after daily outings, returning here to call it a day, was enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing property, perfect location, hosts fantastic!! Tip- Catch 33 bus from almost outside front door to centre of nice or walk to Villefranche-sur-Mer- both fabulous to eat and explore! Cannot recommend this venue highly enough

There’s so much I could praise that I don’t even know where to start, so I will try to give the highlights:
I was in Nice for a « work-cation » and this was absolutely the perfect spot for that. Situated at the top of Mt Boron, among many of the world’s most famous people, the views, particularly of Cap Ferrat are incredible. There’s lots to explore and see off the beaten path. And if you are lucky, you’ll get a fireworks show or two on the weekends.
This well-built in-law accommodation is located away from the hustle and bustle of central Nice, but really is easily accessible via the #33 bus if you don’t rent a vehicle. Getting to Eze, Villefranche, Monaco etc. was also very easy by bus (and I assume by car too). It was so peaceful at night and I was well-rested to explore in the morning and then work remotely. The wifi was good enough for video calls and screen sharing.
Fabienne and Thierry were incredibly warm owners/hosts. They suffered graciously through me practicing French and provided ample advice and suggestions for exploring. It was a highlight of my experience to share a meal and a drink with them while we talked about everything and nothing.
The true test of any accommodation is: would I return? Absolutely. I only wish I could have extended my stay a few days!
