Welcome to our light, spacious, first floor with lift, studio. Floor to ceiling sliding doors opening onto a large, sunny terrace with magical views of the bay over to St Jean Cap Ferrat.

Starter pack : coffee, tea, soap, loo roll, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt& pepper, rubbish bags, dishwasher & laundry tabs.
Air-conditioning/heating, high-speed WIFI, TV, washing machine.
Private secure garage and communal swimming pool.
COVID standard cleaning practices in place to protect you and housekeeping.

Well located near the bus stop into Nice and Monaco. Tram from Nice Port to Nice International Airport (Eur1.50). Walking distance to local shops, boulangerie, bars, restaurants and beaches.
The studio's unusual shape gives the sleeping area privacy from the open-plan living area and kitchen. Sleeps up to 3 guests and one baby.

Double Habitat Sofa Bed;
Single Convertible Chair camper bed;
Baby cot must be requested if required.
The studio has a living area with TV and high speed WiFi; dining area; modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, four cooking hob and fridge / freezer. Marble tiled bathroom with bath, in-bath shower, washing machinne and separate loo. High powered air con/ heating. Outside on the large terrace there is a dining table and chairs with views over the bay.
Very sunny in the morning and warm in the evening protected from the cooler sea breezes by the garden walls. Beautiful sunrises and a relaxing place to have lunch and well into the evening to watch the fireworks in Cap Ferrat.

Ideal for the Institut de Francais and/or to discover the area. Good eateries nearby at La Darse and the port - but all mod cons at the apartment too. Dog friendly an added bonus - merci beaucoup

Globalement mon séjour à Villefranche sur mer c’est bien passé, cela pas forcément grâce à vous ; je m’explique : je vous ai contacté 5 fois, à chaque fois il y avait un minimum d’attente de 10 mn. ! La dernière fois ce fut à Villefranche sur mer dans ma voiture où j’ai attendu 20 mn. Avant que vous décrochiez. Concernant les locations il n’y a de votre part aucun contrôle sur les annonces passées sur votre site. Me concernant, sur l’annonce il y avait un n° de portable ou je pouvais joindre la propriétaire, ce n° était faux depuis plusieurs années !! Toujours sur l’annonce il est précisé une terrasse ensoleillée, celle-ci étant plein est avec deux grands murs verticaux de chaque coté le soleil n’est présent que deux heures le matin ! La première fois que j’ai fait appel à vous c’est le printemps dernier sur Genet dans la manche ; sur le palier se trouvait une fenêtre sans barreau à deux centimètre du plancher ! la salle de bain était équipée d’un mini lavabo d’environ 40cm sur 22 cm. Pour toutes ces raisons c’est la dernière fois que je fais appel à vous.
