Super beliggenhed med gåafstand til by, strand, tog mm. Hyggelig lejlighed, pænt indrettet.
Aircondition virkede meget dårligt, der var ulideligt varmt om natten om sommeren, lugt af fugt, afløb i bad var tilstoppet, alt for blød madras i soveværelset.
