+ gutes WiFi
+ optimaler Parkplatz
+ ruhige Wohngegend
+ gute Kommunikation, netter Kontakt mit Vermieter
+ separate Wohnung,
+ Zugang via Terrassentür (leider nicht abschließbar)
- wenig Tageslicht - erwartungsgemäß, da Souterrain
FAZIT: sehr empfehlenswert, viel besser als Hotel oder Pension - für Selbstverpfleger die eine ruhige Unterkunft suchen !
