About this apartment rental
Bobenheim am Berg is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. Refurbished sandstone houses harmonize with modern architectural style and give the place with about 900 inhabitants a character that is worth living and loving. Mediterranean plants, fruit and wine thrive in the mild climate.
Our 2015 newly renovated apartment is located in the basement of our house with its own access and can accommodate 4 people.
The living area is approximately 65 square meters and consists of
- bedroom with 160cm double bed and large sliding door wardrobe,
- Bedroom with 160cm double bed and sliding door closet
- living room with 180cm sofa bed, satellite TV, Blueray player, stereo system, internet radio and WiFi access with DSL,
- Open kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
- bathroom with shower / bathtub.
The entire apartment is provided with underfloor heating.
On the sunny south terrace, a seating area invites you to linger.
The apartment is absolutely quiet in a purely residential area and borders on an internal natural compensation area with a rain catch basin.
Extensive cycling and hiking trails enable sporty leisure activities.
Cultural offers and numerous small and large wine festivals (Bad Dürkheim sausage market) in the immediate vicinity invite you to enjoy.
Historic cities such as Freinsheim, Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, Speyer, Worms and Heidelberg can be reached quickly. It is only a few minutes to the A6 motorway.
Shopping miles with cafes and restaurants in the surrounding cities complete the offer.
Whether in spring at the time of the blossoming of the fruit tree or in summer when celebrating the village kerwe on the 2nd Weekend in August, with a visit to the colorful autumn or at the "Belzenickelmarkt" on the 1st Advent weekend, Bobenheim offers reason to linger in every season.

Kommunikation und vor Ort super unkompliziert 👌 es war alles wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super nette und bemühte Vermieter!!!
Brötchenservice ist zu empfehlen, da man sonst wirklich etwas fahren muss.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es wurde für unseren Sohn sogar extra ein Hochstuhl organisiert
Am TV gibt es einen Fire TV Stick.
Wir fanden die Betten sehr bequem aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache.
Das einzige, das man bemängeln könnte ( und das ist wirklich meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau) ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Pfalz sind!

Insgesamt alles super. Netter Vermieter, weiterzuempfehlen.
Schade war nur, dass der Vermieter selber in den Urlaub fuhr und mit ihm das WLAN.....

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (neben einer Kaffeemaschine sogar eine Nespresso Maschine). Schön ist auch die Terasse , die zum Verweilen einlädt sowie der Brötchen Service. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Betten, die wir als zu hart empfanden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
