The small, stylish country house stands free on a hill overlooking the opposite side of the valley and over Bad Dürkheim away in the Rhine valley. Several steps (about 20) lead from the quiet cul de sac with good parking to the entrance of the garden. The house is idyllically located in a well-kept garden with lawn. Bedroom: 13.80 m², double bed with good mattresses, large closet and reading area, cork parquet floor. Living / dining room: 29.00 m² with high-quality oak solid wood furniture, modern leather sofa and armchairs, TV, radio, wooden floorboards and carpet. The terrace to the west is directly accessible from the living / dining room and invites you to sit comfortably. Trees protect against too much sun.
