About this house rental
Our spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains is located on Monte Pego on the edge of the "Marjal de Pego-Oliva" nature reserve of over 1000ha.
We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The pool, which can be heated on request in the low season, is practically hidden from view and is used exclusively by our guests.
At Villa Luz del Monte you and your family will find peace and relaxation.
The equipment (wifi, all rooms air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, pool heating) is contemporary and leaves nothing to be desired.
Outside, there is plenty of space for sunbathing and on the north terrace you can take a deep breath when it gets really hot in summer. In addition to the brick barbecue, you can use a charcoal grill to spend relaxing barbecue evenings.
In winter, from about November to February, you can heat the house in an energy-saving way with split air conditioners as well as a cosy fireplace.
Children's equipment is available on request (child seat, travel cot).
In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful sandy beaches directly on the coast, good local gastronomy as well as all daily necessities.
Due to the direct location at the nature reserve Marjal de Pego-Oliva you can do every imaginable outdoor sport, hiking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, tours with cultural or gastronomic focus. We will gladly put you in touch with local guides.
Take excursions to picturesque mountain villages such as El Ràfol d'Almúnia or coastal towns such as Denia, Alicante, Valencia and Benidorm or boat trips to Javea. Excursions to Mallorca and Ibiza by ferry from Denia are also possible, as well as deep-sea fishing trips and excursions to various theme parks in the region.

Localisé quasi au sommet de Monté Pego la maison surplombe le quartier résidentiel.
Aucun vis a vis, la vue sur les rizières et la mer est splendide.
La disposition des terrasses autour de la maison est bien agencé ainsi que la localisation de la piscine.
Tout était propre, la maison bien équipé notamment la cuisine.
Un seul bémol cependant concernant les 2 chambres + salle de bain au niveau inférieur (accessible par l'extérieur) qui dégagé une odeur d'égout provenant des canalisations.

Nous avons séjourné du 12 au 26 juillet 2014 et ces 2 semaines sont passées à la vitesse de l'éclair sans nous lasser de cette vue imprenable, magnifique. A elle seule, elle vaut le détour alors je ne parle pas du bonheur de savourer au calme le petit-déjeuner face à la mer, entourés de montagnes, du plaisir des baignades du soir sous le soleil couchant derrière les montagnes... Et pour ne rien gâcher une situation calme, reposante.
A recommander certainement.

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa. La vue est magnifique et la maison est conforme au descriptif. L'accueil est agréable est le propriétaire reste toujours disponible. Idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Maison confortable,spacieuse,conforme à la description.Idéale pour deux familles car deux logements distincts(non présisé sur l'annonce).Piscine bien entretenue et vue très agréable.Nous avons passé un exellent séjour.
