Wonderful apartment in Denia with 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 10 people located right next to the beach with views to the sea and a very large terrace.

It is located 10 m from Playa Albaranes sand beach, 1500 m from Denia city, 200 m from the bus station, 500 m from the supermarket, , 2000 m from Denia train station, 3 km from Las Rotas rock beach, 8 km from La Sella golf course, 90 km from Alicante Altet airport. The house is situated in a well connected neighborhood next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, fence parcel, terrace, iron, internet, air conditioning (heat/cold), air conditioned in the whole house, communal swimming pool, covered car parking (2 seats) in the same building, tv.

We had a great stay! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is amazing right in front of the beach. The space was also a big plus. There were 7 of us, and we never felt cramped. Plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The kettle and a shower head broke and both were sorted within an hour of informing HQ. Excellent.

Spacious apartment.
Good service from the letting agents.
Electric circuits trip out regularly when under load.
Beds uncomfortable: mattresses and pillows need replacing.

Es un apartamento estupendo para pasar unos días con la familia. Es súper amplio y confortable además tiene una ubicación perfecta a un paseo corto del centro de Dénia y con acceso directo a una playa tranquila.
