About this villa rental
Villa located in a quiet area of Moraira – Teulada on a private corner Plot with nice views.
The house is divided into three levels.
Ground floor:
Large, air-conditioned Living- and Dining-room with direct access to the open and covered terraces equipped with a big table and chairs for 14 people, leather sofa and satellite-TV.
Modern kitchen completely equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. as well as all the necessary household appliances, kitchen utensils and sufficient dishes to ensure a pleasant stay. Small utility room with additional fridge and dishwasher.
Guest toilet.
Air-conditioned double room with twin beds, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
Upper floor:
Air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed and single bed to be converted into triple if desired. Built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
Office with internet connection. (Extra single bed)
Big terrace with nice views.
Basement:
Two air-conditioned double rooms (one with twin beds and cot on request and the other with double bed) both with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC.
OPTIONAL EXTRA for groups of 10 or more people: Family room distributed into air-conditioned living room with sofa, satellite TV; air-conditioned triple room with one double bed and one single bed and a baby cot on request, small adjacent room with single bed, bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Direct access to the pool area.
EXTERIOR:
Several covered and open terraces. Games room.
Pool with roman steps and underwater lighting, BBQ (charcoal and gas), summer-kitchen with fridge and washing machine.
Numerous sun-beds, several tables and plenty of chairs to enjoy the exterior area.
Various parking spaces on a completely walled in plot with remote controlled gate.
* The prices include bed linen and towels (1 hand, 1 shower and 1 pool/beach towel).
* Final cleaning has an obligatory additional cost of 150,00 €.
* Arrivals: from 16.00 to 18.00 hrs.
* Departure: before 10.00 hrs.

Beautiful property, exactly as described. The pool area, outdoor kitchen and bbq were very specified and used daily during our holiday. Just a 10 minute drive to town, quiet neighbourhood (apart from our grand children!!) with fantastic views over the town. Multiple fridges and freezers, with enough plates, cutlery and glasses to provide for a small army!Any questions we had were answered very quickly and thoroughly.Perfect property and host for a large group of friends or family

I highly recommend this lovely villa. Our large family of 11, across all ages, couldn’t have had better stay at this property, and Christaine was an amazing host who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout all stages of the process.

We had the pleasure of staying at this villa for two weeks in June/July 2014. The property was exactly as described in the listing or even better. We were a group of 8 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space as the layout of the villa was perfect for groups around this size.The location was also just what we were looking for: peaceful but still quite close to center of Moraira.Christiane and Abilio are very attentive owners: the villa was well maintained, clean and everything worked. We were able to get in touch with them fast and they were very helpful with our enquiries. They were also flexible with our arrival and departure days and times which differed from the usual Saturday to Saturday times. It is easy to recommend this location and villa to any visitors looking for a spacious villa from a peaceful location with such helpful and kind owners.Tuulia and Tuomas (with family and friends) from Finland
