Latimer House is an 1800's built period gated country property boasting well maintained gardens to be enjoyed all year round! Located within walking distance of local amenities & within 3 miles (8-10 min drive) of Leicester town centre. Access to the whole house complete with two kitchens containing all amenities (x3 ovens, x2 sinks, x2 washer/dryers, x1 american style fridge freezer, espresso coffee machine and much more). The property also contains a Large dining room and large maintained grounds/garden, complete with seating in multiple different areas, including a BBQ area & large spacious bedrooms.

14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative.
Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up.

Large house with lots of space, good, speedy communication from host before and during, very accomodationg and eager to help! .
very old fashioned and only fault would be it could do with some upgrading, oven etc was hard to operate, curtains coming off pole etc.

Host is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay
