Apartment for 8 guests in a small villa with garden, 400 meters away from the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast of Salento. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue,
electric oven, microwave oven, ceiling fans, hair-dryer, iron and
ironing board, tv, mosquito nets and grating. Outside there are parking
for two cars, outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower.

small villa is divided into to adjacent but independent apartments.
Appartamento Leo is introduced by aporch with outdoor dining area.
Its rooms are spacious and bright. It consists of a large dining room with sofa and tv, kitchen, corridor leading to the sleeping area that consists of 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are 1 twin bedroom and 2 triple bedrooms with double bed and twin-sized bed. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and gratings.
Moreover, there is a large yard accessible from a private street, with barbecue, parking for two cars, outdoor showes, the second full bathroom with washing machine and a storage room.
The surroundings of the apartment 400 meters away from the beach
The apartment is in two-unit complex that is only 400 meters away from the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, seaside location on the Ionian coast, near Taranto, characterized by long sandy beaches and crystal clear sea.
The
apartment is within walking distance from the beach, with beach
establishments. In San Pietro there are the main commercial and tourist
services. Morever, there are two worth visiting nature oasis: the mouth
of Chidro river and the nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is separated from the other apartment of the house thanks to a wooden gate. There are no common areas.
- One bathroom is external.
