Villettadei Messapi is a vacation cottage immersed in a green garden, just 100 meters from the beautiful beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast.
The vacation cottage is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, crib, microwave, barbecue, outdoor shower etc.

area consisting of living room and dining room, air-conditioned. Here
there is 1 double sofa bed. Next to it, there is the eat-in kitchen.
Two hallways lead to the sleeping area, the first consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room, the other consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 shower room. The air conditioning present in each hallway cools all the rooms.

all independent of each other. The solution is just 100 meters from the
beach of Campo dei Messapi in San Pietro in Bevagna.
The seaside
resort on the Ionian coast of Taranto, in the territory of Manduria, is
very lively in summer and offers all the main services.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
