Il Trullo di Erna is a holiday home for 8 guests in the countryside of Ostuni, in the Itria Valley. The villa consists of a trullo and lamia. It`s equipped with accessories such as internet, washing machine, barbecue,
electric oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, mini-bar, hair-dryer,
iron and ironing board, tv and satellite decoder, mosquito nets,
parking. Pets are allowed.

Trullo di Erna is in the countryside of Ostuni, in an area
characterized by narrow paths and dry-stone walls. It is characterized
by a refined beauty and it`s ideal for an authentic and relaxing stay in
Puglia, surrounded by nature. It consists of a finely renovated trullo
and a lamia.
In the main unit there are the dining area, the typical kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, a room in a passageway with double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The outbuilding consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, in the garden there is another bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In the property there is a parking area under the trees, a fruit orchard and a gazebo with dining area.

Trullo di Erna is in the countryside, south of Ostuni. The city centre
is 4 kilometers away, while the closest beaches such as Ostuni marina,
are 13 kilometers away. Ostuni is known as the "White City" and it`s one
of the most beautiful towns in the Itria Valley.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May June to September October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the three bathroom is external and just a service bathroom.
