The house has a lovely open plan kitchen living area that flows out into the empty front section which is perfect for games, activities, and enjoying the front deck. The kitchen also opens up into the sheltered courtyard area with seating, a BBQ, and lawn space. The house has a seperate TV nook in the main living areas as well as a seperate TV room.
Downstairs is there is a King Bed room in addition to a bunkbed room (with 5 single beds). Upstairs is two bathrooms and three double bedrooms upstairs all with sea views of the gorgeous Omaha Bay.
The front section is perfect for kids to run around on, and the beach is a one minute walk away. Once on the beach, Omaha superette, the surf club and surf swimming flags are 4-5 min walk away.
There are plenty of activities in close vicinity including golf, mountain biking, wine tours, scenic walks, fishing, diving, and plenty of room to relax. The host is happy to help you with finding any of these activities or for any other advice on activities in the local area.
This is a family home located in a quiet and respectful area of Omaha. The house has permanent neighbours who must be respected with regards to noise coming from the house. The house therefore has a strict no parties, no gatherings, and no excessive noise rules to respect the surrounding community.

We had no power overnight and then next 2 days were no power at the kitchen.
We rang to property manager to sort it out but no answer.
