Modern purpose-built 9 bedroom beach house located just 30 metres from the waters edge.
- 10 minute walk to one of Northland's finest Link golf course and bowling club.
- 1 km from the Mangawhai Heads Shopping Centre, cafes and restaurants.
- The boat ramp is 250 metres down the same road as the beach house
- 6 off-street parks with a lockable gate
- Aircon in every room
- Indoor fire place
- BBQ for outdoor cooking
- Swing set and Trampoline to entertain kids
Large north facing deck for evening BBQ's. Additional north facing upper deck which is the perfect spot for breakfast or afternoon drinks.
Being fully fenced with a cot set up in 1 room, swings and a trampoline the property is very child friendly, sit back and let them roam at their own will.
Pricing starts from $85 per head per night at adult capacity (two-night minimum stay).
Special conditions and information:
*NO STAG DO'S* Events to be pre approved, No smoking indoors, Swing for toddlers only, $500 refundable bond required, any damages or extra cleaning will mean deductions from the bond upon receipt. Check in 3pm-check out 10am. Noise to be kept low outside after 10pm.
**NOTE: Small creek located at rear of section (through gate) - children must be supervised**
NOTE: Please bring your own beach towels. Extra blankets in winter are also advised to bring along if you would like a bit more warmth.

Such a beautiful place and perfect for a large group! We had a beautiful stay for the weekend with extended family. All the kids were entertained throughout and with the open areas, the adults were able to keep a look out while relaxing. Thank you!

We had an excellent family stay here. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 7 children (4 to 17). Clean, spacious, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and trampoline and swings for the kids.
