This stylish 3rd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with a group to utilize the queen beds in both bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 2 adults each and if extra accommodations are needed, the living room sofa converts to a 2 person sleeper! Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.
Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

This place is very clean and new. It’s very convenient to be close to downtown. The host was very responsive too if we had any concerns.

This is a sweet little vrbo that has easy access from the freeway. It is centrally located to anything you could possibly think of for Spokane. The apartment is new and well set up to accommodate seven people. We would absolutely stay here again! The owners were very prompt in returning messages when I had questions. I would recommend this property!
