It goes by many names such as Tourmaline, Tourmaline Surfing Park and Old Man's and has a rich history in San Diego's surf culture and well-known connections to local surfing legends.

Beachcomber 2 has 2 bedrooms, the Primary bedroom has a queen bed, lots of closet space, a smart TV and all the comforts of home.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is perfect for a family of 4.

The living room has distant water views, a very comfortable living room with a second smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

Enjoy our lovely outdoor area with propane BBQ and a large outdoor table for dining el fresco.

This homes sleeps 4 people. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes outside areas.

Maximum 30 Day stay (We do not accept stays that are more than 30 days)

This home is equipped with A/C. It has a split unit in the living room.

Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule. All our properties are equipped with noise monitors.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
