This is a Beautiful Renovated Condo located on the quiet Street of Diamond at the beach! Pacific Beach. The condo is one block away from restaurants, bars and shopping . The condo overlooks the beach, and boardwalk. Great ocean views from the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. One private balcony with furniture off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and or morning coffee looking out at the ocean.
The condo is centrally located to San Diego County's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar and much more.
Amenities: This is a stand alone condo with no one above you or on the side of you very private, that includes 2 private Assigned parking spot.
There is a Pack n Play available, 2 New Bikes, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen Televisions, (2) Beach Chairs(2), (3) Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryer.
When you arrive all Towels will be cleaned and put away all Bed sheets will be cleaned and on Beds ready for you to have a great time in Pacific Beach!
This is a family owned and operated Beach Condo. This Condo Complex is a quiet, no loud partying allowed condo building…a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean!
I also have another condo on the water that is located walking distance. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo with Balcony With Chairs To Enjoy the View.
Note: I am charging less than other comparable properties with a goal to rent out the condos more often.
Condo has 2 Bedrooms 2 Bath with Ocean Views and Balcony that is located 1/2 Block from the Beach! Located on the 2nd level.
Includes Brand new full Kitchen with all new cooking utensils, Coffee maker toaster, Microwave etc.
Master bedroom Includes Queen size Bed, Mirrored Dresser with night stand, Mirrored closet also Accompanying this room.
Second Bedroom Includes 2 Twin size Bed with Dresser, TV With Roku and night stand Mirrored Closet door also accompanying this room.
Complex has been completely redone thus year 2021!!
There is Travertine Slate through out except in bedrooms new Plush carpet.
Also Includes 2 Parking Spots!

The proximity to the beach is awesome. The provided beach chairs and towels made it easy to enjoy the beach. The bikes were also convenient and used every morning to ride up and down the boardwalk. The restaurants we dined at were all amazing, especially Dirty Birds (my go to in PB) Breakfast Republic, Waterbar, and Firehouse (for a more swanky experience), but the food was great everywhere. The people were laid back and friendly and the area was very clean. Plenty of places to shop and they all offer something different at affordable prices. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and provided everything one would need to enjoy a week in PB. Highly recommended and we would stay there again when we return to Pacific Beach.

We have stayed at this property since 2021. As long as it is available for the dates we want, we will stay nowhere else is PB. David and Juan are exceptional. I highly recommend spending your next SD trip here. P.S. our dogs love it too.

The owner did not respond to emails for over a week about extending the stay. The location was great, but the condo was not particularly clean or well maintained. The check-in process was confusing.
