We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much! Host responded quickly to any questions or anything we needed. Location was perfect—short walk to the beach and pier/shops. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. It was nice to have an outdoor patio area. Neighborhood felt safe. We would happily stay again!

It was all good. The location was amazing. It was a little loud in the apartments behind us, but I think it was because of Halloween. The only thing I wish was that the bedding and the pillows were more comfortable because after a busy day of doing the touristy thing you want to come home to a cozy bed, and the sheets and pillows need to be upgraded and a little bit too much fabric softener that should really be fragrant free because of allergies. But overall, it was nice.Thank you so much for your hospitality and we would stay again.

Our stay was generally pleasant. The location was excellent, providing easy access to the beach, restaurants, and coffee spots. Having a parking spot included was especially convenient during the busy summer season. The kitchen was well-equipped, and a nearby Ralph’s grocery store was handy for extra supplies. There was also a liquor store within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed spending time on the patio in the mornings and evenings.
A few points for future guests to note: We had difficulty receiving check-in instructions from the host via VRBO messages, so we contacted VRBO customer service. Did not receive check-in details 3 days prior as VRBO states, They gave us the host's phone number, contacted host a couple mins after 4 Pm because we still had not rec’d the check-in details, we received the instructions via text immediately after contact. It would be helpful if the host clarified this process in their listing. Additionally, despite the listing stating a king-sized bed, it was actually a queen. In addition there is no AC, but fans and open windows helped keep the place cool in June. Despite these details, our overall experience was enjoyable.
