About this apartment rental

Summary:
This stylish 3rd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. We are also within a short distance from Sacred Heart Hospital and Deaconess Medical Center and other medical facilities.

The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with children as our triple bunk room was designed with little ones in mind. Our classic queen room comfortably sleeps 2 adults and if extra accommodations are needed, the living room sofa converts to a 2 person sleeper! BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

We value the privacy of our guests, but want to ensure that all of your needs are met during your stay. Our level of involvement is dependent on your personal needs. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better accommodate you in anyway.

The place has a nice homey feel to it. We didn't do much in Spokane, but went to a concert in Airway Heights.
