In the centre of Bad Sachsa, less than 1 km from the Salztalparadies adventure pool, the house offers you good shopping facilities and the hiking trails of the southern Harz are also within easy reach.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building renovated to a high standard in 2018 and is approx. 70m² in size. WLAN is available with very high transmission speed in the entire flat. It consists of the following rooms: Living and dining room with open-plan kitchen and wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer). The bathroom with shower offers plenty of space and has been modernised. The cosy sleeping loft (sleeping area 2.7 x 2.0 m) sleeps 3 people and is reached via a somewhat steeper staircase. Another bedroom is located at the back of the flat and has a large, comfortable double bed (1.80 m). The beautiful living area invites you to linger in the hammock in front of the fireplace and has a flat screen TV
The distance to the swimming pool Salztalparadies is approx. 1000m. The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 100m away.
As the flat has been developed over 2 levels, we do not recommend the upper sleeping area for small children and people who are not sufficiently sure-footed.
