This holiday flat is in a secluded location in the southern Harz Mountains, just 2 km from the town of Bad Sachsa on the Katzenstein, above the fairytale park in Märchengrund, with a view of the mountains and at the foot of the Ravensberg with its winter sports centre. The 95 m² modern flat, renovated in 2021, is located on the first floor of a restored half-timbered house. It offers a large living room with dining table, large satellite TV, CD and DVD player. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), the second bedroom and children's room has a high-quality sofa bed with topper (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large bunk bed (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). There are high-quality children's toys, a colouring board with chalk, children's books and board games. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, various coffee machines, blender, toaster, Sodamax and kettle. A men's and a women's mountain bike can be hired directly from the owner. You can also park your car on the property.
