About this house rental
Our newly renovated cottage with private terrace is in the large garden of our main house. In the main house there are more apartments in the attic. Our garden house is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, glasses, etc. and is rented with sheets, towels and hair dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Kitchen and living room are connected via a large open hatch. The living room has a dining area and a cozy XXL sofa. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, another with a bunk bed and a pull-out day bed. This creates a double bed (1, 60 m x 2.00 m). There is a toy selection for the kids and board games for all.
Important: Please note in your calculation: The costs for the modern electric radiators are charged separately via a digital counter at the purchase price and deducted from the deposit after departure.
In the large garden (about 3000m2) are in the summer table, chairs, deck chairs and a barbecue, you can use a fireplace, climbing frame, swing and a small sandpit. Partly the garden is natural, there is a garden gate to the forest.
Our property is located directly on the forest on the outskirts of Bad Sachsa in a south facing position on the Brandberg.
A few meters from the house start the short hiking trails to the adventure "Salztalparadies", the ice skating hall, the indoor playground, the tennis hall, the ski center "Ravensberg", the Kuckanstal .... The tennis court is located 350m away from us, as well as the adventure playground and the park. There is a new super great climbing center right in the center (Basecamp The center of Bad Sachsa can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. (Distance 1.2 km). There are many shops and you can relax in restaurants or cafes.
Enjoy restful hours in absolute peace or many recreational opportunities for families with children.

Sehr netter Kontakt, super Ausstattung, sehr schöner Garten und alles mit viel Mühe und Liebe vorbereitet, so dass man einfach einen schönen Urlaub haben kann. Wir waren mit Baby und Hund dort und haben es vor allem genossen, dass man unterschiedlich lange Wanderungen direkt am Haus beginnen kann. Danke Anka!
