Great host.
Large van, well equipped, lots of storage. Fridge freezer and microwave were very clean.
Lots of extra touches- treats, drinks, hand towels, games, blankets etc.
Felt homely without being cluttered.
Had an iron, hoover, clothes drying racks, out door furniture set, air fryer, toaster, cleaning products and brushes.
Good heating system.
Double bed was comfy with decent bedding.
Excellent shower -pressure and temperature control.
Lovely to watch the planes, ducks and rabbits.
Good hot tub which was checked daily and is emptied and refreshed for each new booking. Quite tight for room around the edge when removing the lid though.
If I were being picky then I'd say the only thing that could add to this van is a dishwasher and a washing machine (could probably only squeeze one of those in though).
The kitchenware (pots/pans/cups/ plates etc) could do with a deep clean but I find this in all vans and I always wash before use.
