Close to the train station, good connection to Stansted airport, London and Cambridge. Groceries available nearby. Parking is convenient in front of the house.
Small bed, a bit noisy street, one can hear the buses and trains. No pubs nearby. The apartment is a bit weared down, dirty carpet, strange "old" smell overall, bit is is not too bad.

Ubytovanie je blizko zeleznicnej stanice a v Londyne ste za cca 30min
Ubytovanie je uz zastarale, zislo by sa mu trosku lasky. Kavovar nefungoval, skrina bola zapratana vecami a v nej fen, ktory sme hladali dost dlho.
Vsetky obliecky boli flakate, koniec koncov to nemalo pocit cistych perin.

The location was really good. The host too was exceptional. Communication was very good. The property is so clean infact it was a lot better than excepted. And there was parking too which is one of my worries when going out.
I honestly would recommend this place and I will love to go back again.

Le logement est bien exposé au soleil car traversant.
Nous avons pu être dépanné d'une lessive.
La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas et avec le moisi présent sur les joints à l'intérieur je ne suis vraiment pas sûre qu'elle ait arrêté de fonctionner la veille de notre arrivée...
Le logement n'était pas propre. Avec de la moquette on aurait pu espérer un entretien minimum, mais le sol était sale pas aspiré en particulier dans l'escalier. La cuisine a été nettoyée tres succinctement avec un réfrigérateur sale, plaque de cuisson avec des traces grasses, portes de placard sales, poubelle avec un sac déjà utilisé et couvercle sale. Les murs des chambres pas nettoyés où il y a avait à certains endroits des projections.
Bref, pour avoir un logement à proposer propre il faut qu'il soit nettoyé. Apres le logement du bas était en travaux et des tas de déchets se trouvaient toute la semaine devant la porte d'entrée.
Au final l'état du logement differe de l'impression donnée par les photos d'un logement ordonné, bien décoré et qui semblait correct niveau propreté.
