Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect for our plans to visit London and attend Coldplay at Wembley. Secure parking, close to the station and 30mins from Wembley make it a great place for a family.
The only issue was the temperature in the room. There were numerous fans available, but it really did need air conditioning. I know this is persnickety, but temperature outside was lower than inside. We would stay again, but in high temperatures, it could be oppressive.

The lady met us outside
The lady told us not to go by the front desk or the concierge/staff member would get mad at us. Not a big deal because we were at the other end.
