It’s hard to describe how amazing this house is - pictures don’t do it justice - it’s ultra modern with thoughtful details straight out of a design magazine - the bedroom is spacious with a huge private bathroom and walk in shower. The bed is oversized and comfortable with fluffy pillows and a soft cotton duvet. There is a working desk with a kettle and tea/coffee service. Downstairs, on the main level, is a separate full kitchen specifically for guests to use. Mike and V are gracious and friendly hosts ready to answer questions and offer ideas. The location is perfect! Less than a 5 minute walk to the main part of town and Shambles. I give it a 10 out of 10 stars! I highly recommend!

Location easy access to York centre. Room really nice; ensuite. More relaxing and personable than a hotel.
Was initially concerned that I had got the wrong place as the door was locked, but the owner phoned me soon after so I could book in.

Mike is absolutely reasonable, kind and reasonable. It’s close to the main touristic attractions of the city, and the apartment is not only totally comfortable but also detailed decorated.
Everything was perfect there!
