Great location for event/sports tourism in the Olympic Park. Comfortable, great value for price. Good breakfast, food spots/supermarkets nearby.
The wifi sometimes decides to disappear, and the login process could be a bit more streamlined (it's a bit of a drag with going through the same form each and every time).

staff, very helpful and attentive, perfect location, close to commerce and shopping, concert halls and leisure.
the only inconvenience, but I think that in the future with the completion of the works it will be solved is the parking, even though it is charged, it does not offer the convenience of appropriate spaces and as the hotel is under renovation, I had to leave my car next to scaffolding, which which makes it a danger both for the property and its occupants, but I believe it will be resolved with the completion of the reform that is being implemented, so I put it as a constructive criticism.

Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent for those attending concerts in the arena across the street. AC worked well. Bed was large (king size), a bit harder than how I prefer it.
Rooms don't have hair blower (reception has a few to lend). Hotel does not have hair conditioner and did not provide toothpaste either. Room is very basic, but clean.
