We liked the cleanliness and the location. It was right next to a busline that took you directly into venice. Also the service was great, Maurice is a very friendly and personable person.

Mauro was friendly, helpful and accommodating even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10pm.
The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and quiet.
Location was great for catching a bus from Mestre station.
Communal fridge was a bonus.
Very minor moan - Would have been great to have a kettle alongside the coffee machine and not have to pay a euro for a tiny cup of hot water for tea.

The location was amazing - next to the bus stop that takes you to Venice. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.

I was little bit cold, and owner said that its not yet time for heating, and he is sure if we close windows that it will be just fine. I was 5. november and +/-10°C at the street.
Water turned on red, not hot. It was need to wait 5minutes to start be not so cold. Washing hair with that water is not possible 😵💫
