Very visible in the dark and easy access by road after a late arrival at VCE, lots of secure easy parking. Easy checkin, all very functional and efficient, was left in peace till 12noon checkout. Friendly staff in restaurant. I have no criticisms and will probably return on my way back from Austria later this month, but there was sadly nothing I could call "exceptional" from the 4 choices you provide above.
I messaged the hotel on the morning after my later arrival asking when their restaurant closed as I was arriving late, but received no reply. The answer is 2230, and I ate adequately.

Lobby was good. It had a swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
The carpets were old. The bathroom (especially shower curtain) was old style.
