La proximité avec la gare et le centre

Ce n’est pas un appartement mais un studio. Il est très mal insonorisé, on entend tout, que ce soit dehors ou les voisins, il y a un courant d’air froid également qui vient de la porte fenêtre…collée au lit 😅 équipement minime mais suffisant pour 1 ou 2 nuits.
