Be careful when you drive out of the gate because traffic moves quickly on the main road.

No water heater.Temperatures in between 58 to 63 degrees Fahrenheit..Cold water only..Far from City. No A/c..I slept with open windows on a first floor..Scary!! Nobody in the property.Just me..No Wifi..TV was a 16 inches screen..
