About this house rental
The beautiful villas are located in the archaeological area of the Vulci Park. Between sea, mountains and lake, close to areas of cultural interest in a calm and relaxing environment. The large bio-pool in the centre of the property is filled with hot volcanic water.
The 3-hectare property is completely fenced off.
Flat Solis Ortus on the 1st floor, approx. 65 sqm. Double bedroom with TV, living room with electric kitchen and bathroom with shower, no dishwasher.
It has two beautiful terraces, one to the north of approx. 25² with an immense view and the other to the west where the sunsets over the sea are one more beautiful than the other. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Outside there is a shared washing machine.
Our guests have 24-hour access to the beautiful and large volcanic hot-water bio-pool, to all the various gazebos and patios scattered around the property and equipped with every comfort, and to the barbecue by the pool.
We live in this structure and are available for any further information.
The structure is in the middle of the countryside typical of the Latium Maremma.
Only 5 minutes away is the famous Vulci park, where in addition to visiting it you can eat in two typical restaurants.
In summer there are many activities such as guided tours of the tombs (Tomba Fracoise) and open-air night concerts.
Additional costs to be paid on site when handing over the keys.
Deposit; € 300 (which will be returned on departure)

Casa Daniele, ein mit Liebe angelegtes Grundstück, viele kleine und auch große Details die diese Ferienunterkunft zu etwas besonderem macht. Es ist ein ruhiges Anwesen mit einem sehr schöne Pool , der mit warmen Vulcanwasser befüllt ist, in dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Um den Pool herum findet man verschiedene Plätze um zu relaxen ( Hängematten, überdachte Liegeplätze die mit Matratzen ausgestattet sind…)
Janna und Daniele sind super nette und herzliche Gastgeber, die immer ein Auge darauf haben das man sich wohl fühlt.
Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder hinfahren.
