About this apartment rental
The beautiful villas are located in the archaeological area of the Vulci Park. Between sea, mountains and lake, close to areas of cultural interest in a calm and relaxing environment. The 3-hectare property is completely fenced off.
The large bio-pool in the centre of the property is filled with hot volcanic water.
Flat Solis Occasum
This is a ground floor flat of approx. 65 square metres, adjacent to the main house. It has two porches, one to the east and one to the west, where one can watch unforgettable sunsets. With a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath/shower where you can use the volcanic hot water, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed, no dishwasher. Outside there is a shared washing machine. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Our guests have 24-hour access to the beautiful and large volcanic hot-water bio-pool, to all the various gazebos and patios scattered around the property and equipped with all amenities, and to the barbecue by the pool.
We live in this structure and are available for any further information.
The structure is in the middle of the countryside typical of the Latium Maremma.
Only 5 minutes away is the famous Vulci Park, where in addition to visiting it you can eat in two typical restaurants.
In summer there are many activities such as guided tours of the tombs (Tomba Fracoise) and open-air night concerts.
Additional costs to be paid on site when handing over the keys.
Deposit; € 300 (which will be returned on departure)
Supplement for third person, sofa bed: from 4 years old 20€ /night

Traumhafte unvergessliche entspannte 3 Tage an einem mit Worten nicht beschreibbaren Ort verbracht !!!
Die Bilder haben uns im Vorfeld schon beeindruckt , aber was man fühlt und erlebt wenn man dann Vorort ist , ist unbeschreiblich !
Vielen Dank Daniele, Janna , Lupa und Schura , für diese Glücksgefühle , Ruhe und Entspannung die wir bei euch erleben konnten .

Wer sich erholen und entspanne möchte ist hier richtig.
Eine sehr schöne und neue Anlage mi all dem was das herz begehrt. Der pool mit Thermal wasser befüllt ist ein traum.....
Meine kinder (16 und 12) hatten sehr viel spass.
