Amazing facilities, on site parking in an excellent location. 2 mins walk to amenities & 10 mins walk to the castle.

Location is very handy: 10 min to castle, 5 min to high street. It was very easy to get the keys (box outside). The place is big and modern: bedrooms are spacious, parking is easy outside the property, the kitchen has two ovens, induction hob etc. There are 3 bathrooms + underfloor heating.
The property could easily have been a 10/10 with only a small amount of extra effort which would only really take a team of handymen/cleaners a few days to fix up: bathroom sink was broken, curtain railing was hanging off, marks down doors, never-stops-running toilet, enough glasses for the number of guests, enough chairs (if you had a full house), the cleaning was good but not perfect (e.g. some rubbish under bed in one bedroom, some old food at the back of kitchen cupboards on upper shelves which cleaners probably couldn't see easily)
The biggest challenge however, which can't be overcome and applies to all houses in Windsor is THE NOISE: this property is directly under the Heathrow flight path: this means a plane every 2 minutes a few hundred metres above your head from 6am to 10.30pm. Every day.
