Very nice house - functional and easy to get to from Ascot. Little recommendations I have made: that the owners enhance the outdoor area by putting down so astro turf and 2 or 3 planters as very barren at the moment, and suggested coat hooks on the wall downstairs as nowhere to hang them (difficult in a house for 10). Water pressure needs looking at in the showers, esp if someone else is using another one. Dryer does not work very well - needs a service or replacing. Communication was very easy though and staff at Lawsons very helpful. Parking is really difficult there though so need to make sure you take up the perking permit that comes with the house.
