We all slept very well which is unusual for a new place. The house is stunning and well equipt with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location. We also did the windsor mystery tour guide book which conveniently started right next door.
Not really an issue, but we got a lot of correspondence with instructions prior to coming so took a while to find the important things we needed amongst the correspondence once we got here. I'd also have preferred not to have paid such a large deposit before arrival.

The key wasn’t in the secure lock up, we went around to the hotel and the cleaner was still busy cleaning. It didn’t take long for him to hand the keys to us by the garage
There could have been clearer signs regarding recycling in the kitchen

The house design was good.
The rooms light bulbs and the downatairs bathroom was not working. The place is definitely not family friendly. Sharp edges and steep steps.
