Peaceful and relaxing stay. Clean, with a beautiful pool and very close to Perugia’s city centre. Staff were friendly and down to earth.
Private spa access would have been nicer. With others around, it felt a bit less relaxing as some used it more to hang out.

We are on a long road trip through Italy and this has been the best place we stayed at by far. Lovely atmosphere, very peaceful and calm, really nice staff too! Our room was clean, modern, spacious and very well appointed.
The spa facilities were wonderful and the outdoor pool was a really good size and was set in the beautiful garden area.
Possibly a bit close to the road so there was occssional traffic noise.
The air-condioning in the room seemed good, but the control panel was a bit quirky and took a bit of working out.
Choices at breakfast were limited, unless you like lots of cake!

We could hear the cars passing by, was it the high way? As a place to relax and for its price, it needs to work on more in details. Breakfast was like a business hotel. The open kitchen was better not to be seen. The room was dark.
