La ubicación literalmente a dos pasos de la UniStraPG, la distribución con 2 baños
Poca flexibilidad a la hora de realizar el checking 30' antes (14:30); escalones de acceso muy empinados; desde dentro la cerradura/llave no permite cerrar, así que cualquiera podría entrar; los colchones están muy blandos, además un somier está roto y casi me caigo dentro; limpieza de la cocina deja desear y falta mechero para el gas, rueda giratoria del microondas, secador de pelo (y lo peor, que ni avisando responden y lo traen); algunos muebles viejos y rotos (de elegante nada); faltan instrucciones sobre cómo encender la calefacción (el piso estuvo 2 días muy frío hasta q vimos cómo calentarlo).
