Sehr gute Lage an vorderster Reihe zum Meer, Optimale Anordnung der Räume, genügend Privatsphäre, jedes Zimmer mit Bad, Einrichtung stilvoll, qualitativ hochstehend
Leider nur ein Schlüsselset (Garage, Pool, Haupteingang) für 5 Personen..., sehr kleines Garagenabteil, falsche Adressangabe von booking.com, grosse Pfanne fehlt, zu wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool

Location is good even you overlook public parking.
The layout of an apartment in 3 different floors, lack of towels - one per person for all week isn't enough. With that price, I would expect also that toilket paper is included, at least for 2-3 days so you are not forced to shop the same day.

The location was great, and the apartment itself is really spacious and beautifully decorated. It is next to the waterfront and restaurants. There is a big balcony facing the waterfront. Overall, the interior design, the furniture, and the space itself are both modern and excellent.
But the apartment was not well prepared for our stay. To start with, the address provided by booking.com happened to be different, and we made probably 5-7 circles around the area trying to find the actual place. The garage was under the building which is great but it is good for a very small car. To park our rental car in it we spent probably an hour to make it fit that tiny spot.
Although there were only two of us but of course we expected as it always happened before, that the entire apartment should be clean as we paid for the entire apartment, NOT for one bedroom. That was not the case. The other bedrooms and bathrooms were not cleaned, the sink and the mirror in one of the bathrooms were very dirty, and there were no sheets on other two beds.
There was dust in the living room as well. Also, there were problems with air-conditioning in the entire unit which the husband of the person who was the manager of the place but was sick at the time tried to fix with no positive result. Air-conditioning is one of the absolute necessities for us, and the unit is advertised as being fully air-conditioned.
The washing machine was right there but no detergent to use. So, we purchased the detergent, washed the clothes and opened up the device on which to hang them which is great to have when you don't have a drier. But it was full of dust and probably was not cleaned for a few previous weeks if ever.
Overall, the feeling was we were not welcomed. As I mentioned above, it is an originally very well-designed and beautiful apartment but the way it is managed should be considerably improved.
