LA GRANDE MOTTE near the Port and beaches, this apartment of more than 51M² with 2 beautiful loggias is a haven of peace for a great family vacation! Located in a quiet residence, with a garden, this 3-room apartment - 2 bedrooms - has been refurbished and has all the amenities. Perfectly arranged, it is distributed as follows: an entrance, a large bedroom to the north with 2 double beds, 140cm beds, a second bedroom to the south opening onto a loggia - 160cm bed -, separate toilet, bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped American kitchen, beautiful living room opening onto the loggia to the south. This apartment has plenty of storage space, the 2 loggias are communicating and thus offer a large space for rest and meals. Crossing, it offers beautiful light and the air circulates very freely. Each opening - windows and French windows - have mosquito nets!!! your nights will be sweet .... The apartment as indicated above is very well equipped: washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, clothes dryer, electric shutters ... Apartment located on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Everything is there !! As for its geographical location, nothing to complain about: close to all the shops, 8 minutes walk from the beach and ... quiet!
