Red House jest naprawdę w świetnej lokalizacji, nad kanałem, w cichej okolicy ale bardzo blisko Accademia Bridge, a z drugiej strony przystanków wodnych.
Blisko mały market, a tuż za mostem kawiarnie, place i cała cudna Wenecja.
Apartament był kiedyś domem architektów, wysokie sufity, w salonie piękne biurko, kanapy i ta biblioteczka, która robi wspaniały klimat. Sypialnie pięknie przygotowane, wszystko bardzo czyste.
Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre i wszystko dobrze działa: kuchenka, piekarnik, zmywarka, mikrofala. Nic nie brakuje jeśli chcesz przygotować posiłek: naczynia, kieliszki, sztućce.
W apartamencie do dyspozycji żelazko, suszarka do włosów, dodatkowe koce, nawet parasolki.
Łazienki faktycznie są ze skosami ale to nie przeszkadza, wyższe osoby mogą bez problemu korzystać z łazienki z prysznicem.

Die Lage, die Grösse der Räume, die Ausstattung. Die jeweils schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters bei Fragen oder Beschwerden.
Die Temperatur der Räume war nicht optimal. Nur der grosse Salon und das Esszimmer liessen sich gut heizen. Vorallem die beiden Badezimmer sowie das Schlafzimmer waren kalt. Trotz schneler Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Beschwerde konnte keine befruedigende Lösung gefunden wrden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hell und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den kleinen Kanal. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 3 Minuten ist man bei der Akademie Brücke.
Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schmutzig. Im Badezimmer sind Schimmelflecken. In der Küche waren alte, abgelaufene Lebensmittel und es gab keine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche mit Schwamm, Taps,….
Es war leider eiskalt in der Wohnung. Die Heizkörper haben nicht geheizt, aber wir konnten mit den Klimageräten heizen. Leider waren die meisten defekt.
