Fantastic location, clear instructions/comms from owner. Good quality modern facilities. Off road / secure parking. Well priced for the accommodation offered. Good WiFi and smart TV. Quality modern furniture.
Some minor details would really improve guest experience. One of the beds had no topper, and the springs could be felt, which affected sleep. Bathroom tap sprays immediately on turning on, and wets your crotch - i think its faulty and needs looking at. Towels are really small and are not suitable if you come out of the shower- i would invest in some larger ones. One bin bag supplied, which does not fit the bin!. We had to buy more. Sloping ceilings get a bit of getting used to - a few times we bumped our heads, but its just the design!

We have stayed before at this flat and will stay again. We would not stay anywhere else! It is spacious and wonderfully presented. It has comfy beds, it's quiet at night, there is an allocated parking spot at the property. We are a 5-minute walk to the train station, town and beach. All very convenient. The host is lovely, communicative and quick to respond to any queries.

The location is brilliant. Beds are comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of space. Matt is usually very responsive and sorts and issues.
The apartment was tired, marks on the walls, damaged carpets, the bedroom drawers don't open and close easily because the runners are broken, the radiator is rusty. The carpet rod was exposed in the kitchen and we all kept stepping on it. The TV was damaged and had blue patches top center and left, it made watching movies annoying.
The neighbors downstairs were noisy and banged a lot.
The fire alarm wasn't on the ceiling it was just balanced on the doorbell ringer in the entry way. The linked in fire alarm was broken/taken out?
For us it wasn't worth the price.
Matt did say these issues will be sorted. Our stay last year was great and so was the apparent.
