The location is excellent and the views are stunningly beautiful. Close to everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped and incredibly clean.
The small downside is lack of parking, but this is true for many properties in Swanage. We found some easily on a local street.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated, beds comfy, views amazing and fully equipped with literally everything you need for a weekend away including those bits that are usually missing elsewhere (we even managed to cook a full roast with absolutely no problem!). The location was perfect, giving our teens freedom to wander about town (they enjoyed the arcades and mini golf), easy access to all the amenities and beautiful coastal walks straight from the house. Highlights for us were the view, watching the stream train leave every hour (great for our 6 year old!), breakfast pastries from the bakeries and the luxury feel to the house. We will be back!
Parking was a bit of a faff but not a problem to drop all our stuff and then find on street parking nearby. We found we didn’t really need our car much so it didn’t detract from our holiday.
