Very friendly owner. Lots of thought had gone into preparing the room which was spotless. Exceptional location in the amazing, bustling, complex Kemptown just far enough away to be really quiet.

Very comfortable bed, clean, spacious and inviting room, with added bonus of lovely bathrobes! Really friendly hosts, who went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. Easy transport links walks to centre of town.

Great welcome from excellent hosts….great room with very well equipped room offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Perfect location in Kemptown and close to great bars, cafes & restaurants. Easy walk into City Centre but lots of buses running close by too.
I liked everything about the property.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected and provided everything you could need plus some really nice extras like a stocked fridge and chargers
