The owner went out of his way to make our time special for a friend’s 50th birthday (thank you so much!) Communication was excellent. The property was very clean and contained pretty much everything we wanted. We didn’t use it, but the courtyard is a nice addition. The size of the property was ample for 7 friends staying together. The rooms were of a decent size. It was easy enough to walk to/from town and the station (although a little hilly).
The people above us were a little noisy. We stayed in the front bedroom and the road was a little noisy too. That said, I did sleep pretty well. I think curtains would have helped rather than blinds. An extra set of mugs and glasses wouldn’t go amiss as we had to wash up every day.

The Property was in a great location very close to town and the promenade, it was a very clean, and Host was always on hand if needed

Good size property. Light rooms .Good size kitchen
Boiler not good when using both showers running red hot then cold. The propwrty has a problem woth damp , always a strog smell when you walked in
