L&H Gran Vía Valencia

Stunning hotel. Very welcoming staff who made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the complimentary sweets, water and chocolates at the front desk, this was a very nice gesture. The location was perfect, only a 10/15minute walk to the Cathedral/ old town as well as being easily accessible to the beach.

Room was smaller than average with very little wardrobe space. TV wasn't smart so couldn't use any apps or share screen (quite unusual for this level hotel) Rooftop was beautiful however could be improved with heaters due to the colder weather outside of summer months.

Nothing major. For suite rooms, they could have more wardrobe but it was fine.

Great location just at the entrance to the old town , lovely roof top bar … modern hotel. Offered a free breakfast on our first morning which was really nice .

We had booked a corner room with balcony and I had messaged the hotel to say we’d love a room that we could sit outside … however on arrival the corner room had 2 really tiny balconies that were only possible to stand in … really small. I felt like the images on the website were misleading. The receptionist offered us another room the following day with a patio to sit outside.. however this was now at the back of the hotel, ground floor with a gigantic wall going 7 stories all around the patio with windows looking into it all they way up .. impossible to get any sun .. and hence the room was really dark . Also just a note to say that the daily cleaning service only made the bed .. nothing was cleaned down and no used glasses removed .
